The problem
Most teams have tried AI coding tools by now, with mixed results. Some developers get faster. Others spend their time cleaning up confident, wrong code. Without guardrails, more AI code just means more code to review and more bugs reaching production.
What we set up
- Agent workflows that fit your repositories, branches and review process
- Automated quality gates that run before a human looks: static analysis, duplicate-code detection, tests, and visual and accessibility checks for front-end work
- Clear rules for what agents may change on their own and what needs sign-off
- Review habits for reading AI-written code efficiently, so reviewers catch what matters
- Optionally, agents running on self-hosted models, so your source code never leaves your infrastructure
How we know it works
We run this setup ourselves. On selected projects, AI agents write the code around the clock behind the same gates, and nothing ships until the gates pass and a human has read it. This website was built that way.
We also built a code-review bot that flags breaking API changes, because that's exactly the kind of mistake automation should catch before people have to.
How an engagement works
We start by working alongside your team on real tickets in your codebase, not a demo project. Then we put the gates and workflows in place and stay on while your developers use them, adjusting as we learn where the agents help and where they get in the way.
Questions
Which tools do you use?
We're not tied to one vendor. We pick agents and models that suit your stack, your security rules and your budget, and set things up so you can switch later.
Will this replace our developers?
No. It changes what they spend their time on: less typing, more deciding and reviewing. The teams that benefit most are the ones with strong engineers setting the direction.
Is it safe to give AI access to our code?
It can be. We agree what the agents may read and change, keep secrets out of their reach, and where needed run models on your own hardware so code never goes to a third party.
Do you work with teams outside Lithuania?
Yes, remotely, in English or Lithuanian.
