Who it's for
Companies that keep hearing they need AI but can't tell which ideas are worth building. Maybe a vendor pitched you a chatbot. Maybe your team already uses ChatGPT unofficially and you want to know what's safe. Maybe you have a real problem, suspect AI could help, and want it checked by someone with nothing to sell you.
What we look at
- Workflows: where people spend hours reading, sorting, summarising, translating or re-typing information
- Data: what you have, where it lives, how clean it is, and what can legally leave your systems
- Risk: what happens when the AI is wrong, and who catches it
- Cost: model and hosting costs against the hours saved, including running models on your own hardware
- Build or buy: when an off-the-shelf tool is enough and custom software isn't worth it
What you get
A short written report in plain language. Each idea gets a verdict: build it, buy it, wait, or drop it. For the ones worth doing, we outline how we'd build them, what could go wrong and roughly how big the job is.
If the honest answer is that AI won't help much right now, the report says so. That answer is worth having too: it saves you from a project that was never going to pay off.
Why us
We build and run AI systems ourselves, so the advice comes from shipping, not slides. Our work includes evidence-reading AI at apgavo.lt, in-product translation for a booking platform, a code-review bot that flags breaking API changes, and an autonomous lead-generation agent for a manufacturer. Our own models run on our own servers.
Questions
Do we need to have our data ready first?
No. Part of the audit is finding out what data you have and whether it's good enough. Many useful AI features need far less data than people expect.
Won't you just recommend building something with you?
No. If an existing tool does the job, we'll name it. If nothing is worth doing yet, we'll say that too. The audit is useful whether or not you hire us afterwards.
Is our data safe during the audit?
We only need examples, not your whole database, and we can work under an NDA. When we test ideas on real data, we use models running on our own servers, so nothing goes to a third-party AI cloud.
Do you work outside Lithuania?
Yes. We work remotely with clients anywhere, in English or Lithuanian.
